Heronshaw House

Heronshaw House is a delightful old stone and brick farmhouse dating back over 350 years which has been stunningly converted into a small luxury venue with six ensuite rooms all individually designed. The reception rooms are Georgian in style delightfully proportioned and with high ceilings. Quiet and peaceful set in countryside, overlooking water meadows where you may see Heron and Deer yet only half a mile from Bournemouth International Airport. The Food Gourmet food both Traditional but also Creatively Modern all made on the premises. The River Trout specialises in Natural Great food - Homemade Breads, Eggs from our Hens, Pork from our Rare Breed Saddleback Pigs, Honey from the Bees and Duck & Eggs from our Ducks. Game from the Hurn Estate includes, Venison, Pheasant, Partridge, Wild Duck, Pidgeon and Rabbit. You will see these all from the Farmhouse. We Naturally specialise in Trout and other Fish. Souffles and Chocolate also make regular appearances on the menu as do Parcels - succulent food wrapped and cooked in pastry, parchment and leaves. The River Trout is available all day starting with Breakfast, Morning Coffee, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner.
