Hershberger Properties, LLC was first established in 2006 with the intent of providing quality homes at an affordable price for residents or future residents of Canton, OH. We do this by restoring distressed homes and upgrading them to our standard of quality. This process often includes replacing windows, insulating outside walls, providing an energy-efficient environment, securing the property from potential intruders and creating an aesthetically pleasing living space. Our series of property improvements often end up positively affecting the neighborhood around us.
