Herts Careline is a community alarm service provided by North Hertfordshire Council in association with Hertfordshire County Council. We provide community pendant alarm monitoring and response services across Hertfordshire and are one of the largest independent providers of assistive technology in the UK - Award-winning Herts Careline is commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council to provide community alarms and low level telecare provisions across Hertfordshire. Our community alarm and telecare services give users the freedom to live independently in their own home. The service provides reassurance to users and their families that help is on hand via our Hertfordshire based Control Centre at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No means testing. Once we have knowledge of the problem we will either contact your designated responder (family member or friend), doctor, carer or the emergency services if necessary.
