Herts Holistic is the private practice of Sarah-Jane Tepper and is located in St Albans, Hertfordshire. For the last ten years, Sarah-Jane has worked within the media industry at Elstree Studios, contributing to the wellness of the onsite staff and production teams as well as the local community. Sarah-Jane addresses the body-mind connection and combines physical therapies including Massage and Reflexology with energy healing and practical advice on regulating the Central Nervous System. She specialises in anxiety-related conditions and is a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England). Sarah-Jane is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists where she is on their Accredited Register as recognised by the Professional Standards Authority.
