Herzog Homes’ primary business activity is the strategic acquisition and development of lots for the purposes of constructing and selling new homes from the Herzog Homes’ house-plan portfolio. David Herzog is the owner & CEO of Herzog Homes, LLC. David has spent almost 30 years in the homebuilding & land development business and is responsible for over homes constructed and lots developed in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Texas. His graduate education includes two Masters Degrees; an MBA and a Master of Science & Finance from Loyola College and Loyola University respectively. David was born at West Point Military Academy, New York, lived in Annapolis, Md for approximately 25 years, and currently resides in Houston, Texas. David is very happily married to Heidi, and is a proud son, brother, uncle & cat dad.
