Het Vertaalcollectief

Het Vertaalcollectief is in 2011 ontstaan vanuit een groeiende behoefte aan vertalers in de Amsterdamse creatieve industrie. Tegenwoordig zijn we hét vertaalbureau voor de culturele sector en de vrijetijdssector, en voor ondernemers met internationale ambities. We vertalen van en naar praktisch alle talen: bijvoorbeeld het Engels, Frans, Spaans, Duits, Mandarijn, Japans, Italiaans. Opdrachtgevers zijn o.a. theaters, musea, dans- en operagezelschappen, muziekorganisaties, uitgevers, magazines, filmhuizen, agentschappen, evenementorganisaties, marketingbureaus, internetbedrijven, en ondernemingen in de foodsector. Waarom Het Vertaalcollectief- verstand van creativiteit en van kunst & cultuur - verstand van cultureel en sociaal ondernemen - onze vertalers zijn zelf werkzaam of werkzaam geweest binnen de creatieve of culturele sector - ‘personal touch’, een vaste contactpersoon voor iedere opdracht- we denken actief met onze opdrachtgevers mee - geen machinewerk maar menselijk contact English Het Vertaalcollectief (The Translation Collective) was founded in 2011 in response to the growing need for translation services in Amsterdam’s ever more creative creative hub. The Collective is dedicated to serving these creative industries and its specialisms include translations, editorial work, subtitiling, copywriting, localization, interpreting and providing voice-over services, the latter of which it can do in fifteen European languages. It handles personal, commercial and corporate content and any shade in between at transparent and affordable prices. Members of the Collective have a passion for language, literature, theatre and film and believe that these interests allow them to breathe life into a translation. The Collective’s collective goal is to be recognised as not only the fastest, most efficient group of freelance translators but also the most reliable language services provider within the Dutch creative industry.
