HETA d.o.o. Sarajevo was subsidiary of HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG, a wind-down company owned by the Republic of Austria. Its statutory task was to dispose of the non-performing portion of Hypo Alpe Adria, as effectively as possible whilst preserving value. With the decision of the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) of December 29, 2021, HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG went into liquidation under stock corporation law.
