Hexcell Electronics, founded in 2003, was established as an R&D, production, and sales High-tech entity dedicating itself to smart prepaid sts single-phase/three-phase energy meter, smart sts water meter, and relevant AMR/AMI system development. With our joint efforts, Hexcell has rapidly developed and successfully supplied its meter products to customers both in China and overseas in the past years.
