That's why we offer a range of services and experiences designed to empower you to take flight. From our curated monthly clubs to workshops, retreats, and immersive programming, we provide a nurturing space for you to connect, grow, and embrace the transformative power of community. Flight Clubs: Hey Birdie’s Flight Clubs are a series of monthly gatherings for women. Each flight is curated for that specific group of women based on intentions, interests, and location so that our birds can connect with other like-minded birds. We have Flight Clubs in Denver, Boulder, Charleston, SC and a Teen Flight Club in the Dener area. Formations: Formations are individual events typically revolving around topics that we believe create fertile ground for living the fullest expression of your authentic self. Think: nature, vulvas, movement, freedom, pleasure, creative expression… Learn more about formations: Migrations: Twice a year, birds migrate to nest or find nourishment. So does Hey Birdie. We launch our 6-week migrations in the spring and fall and invite our birds to go deeper, honor their curiosities, and unleash their potential all while flying in formation with their flock.
