Hey, Blue

The Hey, Blue! Mobile Application Incentivizes community members to seek out police officers in order to have positive interactions. Each positive interaction builds a greater connection between the officer and a child that they mentor in the community they serve. How it works: Community members will be rewarded with points for every positive interaction that they have with a police officer. Points can be redeemed for necessities or to pay down municipal penalties such as parking tickets or moving violations. Officers receive points as well! The points they accrue get donated to children/families in the community in which they serve.
