Within this time, we've been exposed to both the corporate and start-up environments. I, personally, launched a, Green Field, Recruiting Firm and have been successfully doing business since September of 2002 with that firm. At HFluitt & Associates, we feel this has given us the "start-up experience", which led us into the Director Level and C-Suite field of Executive Placements in the past six years. Since 2010, we have expanded our focus to include The Middle East countries of UAE, Qatar, We source, consult, and place from Director level through the C-Suite positions. Some of our clients include The Regional Medical Center in Memphis, The Cleveland Clinic Ohio, Johns Hopkins International, New York Presbyterian Medical Center, The Heart Hospitals, Triad Medical System, Suburban Hospital (part of the Johns Hopkins Network). Additionally we have partnered with many trusted associates completing over 150 successful placements in the last ten years. We feel strongly that we have the reach of the large Executive Search Firms; however we maintain individualized and personalized services for our clients.
