Ir. H. Ilhan is; IPMA-C, Prince2 Practitioner and TMap Next Advanced Test management certified Senior IT Project Management professional with over fifteen years of experience. He studied Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Delft. He has a career through several leading companies and institutions such as at: • Delft University of Technology as a scientific researcher, • TNO Research as scientific researcher, • Trelleborg as Logistic advisor • KPN as Logistic advisor • Logo Computer Software as IT projects coordinator • PGGM as Program manager, project manager, • Fortis Bank as release manager, • Municipality of Rotterdam as manager of projects department • Municipality of Utrecht as IT project advisor, head of program management office, • Avery Denisson as project manager, • Getronics as IT Program Quality Assurance Manager • Ministry of Interior Affairs as project manager.
