Dat is nodig; het huidige systeem, waarbij pas actie wordt ondernomen als iemands gezondheid hapert, is onhoudbaar. We hebben een nieuw systeem nodig, waarbij het streven is dat iedereen langer gezond blijft. Hi!Noord versnelt die transitie voor de drie noordelijke provincies.
