Hide is the result of a collaboration between the owners of Hedonism Wines and Chef Ollie Dabbous. The restaurant opened in April 2018 to critical acclaim, less than six months after opening Hide was awarded a Michelin Star in the 2019 UK Michelin Guide. Hide is split over three floors, HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles. Attentive but informal, simple but sophisticated. Hide Below is the basement bar, where diners and drinkers alike can enjoy a classic cocktail or contemporary creation. Our relationship with Hedonism wines is one that allows us to showcase in excess of references on a digital wine list, all available for purchase and consumption within the restaurant. Truly one of the most extensive wine offerings in the UK.
