Hifazah Technologies Private Limited is regulated by the SECP and is in an official arrangement by the Takaful Providers/ Insurers to represent them and accept payment on their behalf. Pakistan, with a huge population of 220 Million has one of the lowest penetration of insurance in the region. The main reason for the lack of penetration are lack of awareness about Takaful (Islamic Insurance), misconception about insurance being an investment product rather than a product that provides protection from financial loss, miss-selling, and lack of claim-support. Hifazah.com was created with a vision, to enable the public to purchase Takaful (Islamic Insurance) with confidence, transparency, and ease through technology, to increase penetration of Takaful (Islamic Insurance) via strategic partnerships and diversified verticals, and to make the customer experience seamless pre and post-Takaful (Islamic Insurance) purchase.
