At High Motive we specialise in the provision of two-way radio systems, DECT COM ll, RPE and Bluetooth communication systems. We are a RISQS audited company and all High Motive engineers carry sentinel cards (PTS). High Motive can provide scalable radio systems, ranging from a pair of radios to major systems covering large geographical areas. Our engineers are experienced with offering bespoke systems for use in tunnel environments throughout the UK. High Motive currently have the largest hire fleet of RPE equipment and have worked closely with Network Rail to assist with the protection of all those involved with ballast dust, and the identified risk of silica dust. Our manned service offers on-site engineers to maintain, manage and assist with all communications and RPE requirements. Our engineers hold a range of rail competencies to assist with an effective service to all principal contractors. The covid-19 pandemic of 2020 brought to light the importance of work processes that High Motive Ltd had adopted years prior, mainly the sterilisation of equipment. We have a large number of varying units available to combat the spread of covid-19, from single door sterilisation units up to 32 draw sterilisation units, capable of sterilising 32 air fed helmets 96 SETCOM headsets within a 1 hour period. We run a number of the single door units on each manned service as standard and have also championed the use of single issue plastic wrapping for our safety critical equipment on the railway to ensure the spread of covid-19 is reduced as much as physically possible. We also have a range of thermal imaging cameras, with varying system configurations that can be made to your requirements and has the capabilities of email notification in the event of a positive thermal test. All of our two door cabins come with these thermal imaging cameras fitted as standard, as dry hire or for use on our manned services.
