Highbrid Media helps clients choose and implement marketing, sales and customer service technology and processes that enable them to reach their goals. We’re a diverse team with Black and Latino leadership and a passion for solving our clients’ challenges so they can grow bigger and better – however they define that. Our founder, Juan C. Perez, is driven to support people with great ideas who are doing amazing work. Like Highbrid Media, Juan was born and is based in Brooklyn, and he has imbued Highbrid with the gritty attitude he learned during his early years in the borough. As a community-focused company, we aim to improve the lives of everyone we touch, from our employees, partners, vendors and clients, to our clients’ customers and employees. We strive to create an internal culture where each of our team members feels valued and is passionate about our clients. Our clients learn how to use technology to level the playing field for themselves and target well-defined niche, multicultural, demographically and psychographically specific, and community audiences.
