My journey began after nearly 9 years in luxury retail, managing teams and earning top income in my field. From the outside, it looked like I had it all but inside, I was running on fumes. I woke up one day realizing I couldn’t keep living that way. That moment became my turning point. I immersed myself in understanding what burnout truly is: studying the nervous system, somatic work, meditation, holistic healing, and slowly rebuilt my relationship with work, purpose, and rest. The result? More energy, peace, clarity, and a way of living that actually fuels performance instead of draining it. Now, my mission is to help others experience the same transformation: thriving in their careers and feeling fulfilled in their lives.
