Higher Purpose Healing® is a mind-body-spirit energy healing practice co-led by Matthew Ancira (Trauma & Nervous System Healing Specialist) and Dr. Lisa Ancira (Holistic Wellness MD, Emotional Wellness & Nutrition Guide). We help individuals and families release chronic stress, emotional patterns, trauma responses, and long-term tension stored in the nervous system. Our work is designed for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from “trying everything.” We blend old knowledge, practical tools, emotional support, and body-based healing approaches that restore inner safety, clarity, and resilience.
