At Self Services, our mission is to facilitate individuals in their search (personal or professional) for purpose, meaning, growth and fulfilment. In other words, it is our goal to aid others in understanding how to get the optimum enjoyment from their lives. Naturally this varies greatly from person to person. For some this could mean performing well at work, for others it could mean giving focus to ensuring their mental and emotional state is well catered to. As such the aim of the services provided herein is to equip an individual or team with the tools necessary for being one's own port of call when it comes to matters of the self. To achieve this optimisation of the self, there are several techniques that could be potentially employed based on the needs or beliefs of the team or individual. All are geared towards helping those to understand their internal environment so that they are better able to conduct themselves externally. These techniques include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, meditation and various forms of hypnosis. All are services that are provided by Self Services, either on a one-to-one or group session basis. Today we are more aware than ever of the importance of maintaining a state of wellness in order to maximise our efforts on a personal and professional level. The mental, emotional and physical stresses of work can often times seem compounding and difficult to manage. What Self Services offers is training and practical guidance on how we can balance ourselves so as to get the maximum enjoyment from life.
