Our mission is to break down the barriers to learning for both individuals and organisations to make achievement accessible to all. Based in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland our company has considerable experience overcoming the challenges inherent in our geographical location. To date we have not encountered any barrier unbreakable! Our understanding of these barriers has led to a wide range of solutions which are now available for the whole of the UK to benefit from. Our ethos has been to identify the barriers to learning and provide solutions to overcome them. We do this in a number of ways utilizing the latest research to support our thinking. Our team of professionals have BOTH substantial vocational competence and a minimum of a Post Graduate level qualification. This means we support you with a depth of knowledge and experience. We know how it is in the real world. With teaching qualifications we have the latest pedagogical thinking to draw on and this is witnessed in our diverse learning methods and programmes.
