Highland Moss

Highland Moss is a specialist houseplant and moss focused business operating from Aberdeen and selling products nationwide online and also through our new brick and mortar shop in Aberdeen City. Our small team consist of Craig (moss man and tech nerd), Pamela (plant whisperer and social media master) and Noel (our Labrador and chief of security). We started in 2020 when Pamela made a moss pole for her own Monstera plants and Craig thought it looked so much better than the typical coir poles you see in garden centres. We found a source for our moss, got permission to pick and began selling on Etsy. We soon found ourselves making dozens of poles a week. We then expanded our products to provide plants, accessories and handmade art and crafts too. Now, we have a beautiful little shop (no more garden centre in the house) alongside our website and both work on our business full time. In addition to our retail business we supply businesses. From crafters and set decorators, botanical retailers who wish to add moss to their range and also businesses looking to beautify their space - we are able to cater to any individual need or purpose.
