Highline Lending was formed based on a sheer vision helping Australians with their loans. While working for other loan companies in both real estate and finance, including transacting with hundreds of brokers and property owners, one thing was clear – it was far too common for mortgage brokers to prioritize earning an income and simply getting a deal done. Even worse, their whole business models were built around just providing the best interest rates. It was as if their job came first and the client came last. Most of these mortgage brokers certainly knew how to run a business and find new clients, but they lacked passion, energy, empathy and the necessary drive to place themselves in the shoes of their clients and go above and beyond to achieve results beyond expectations. What did this lead to? One off transactions, unhappy clients (you should’ve seen the reactions from clients when loans weren’t approved) and business models that weren’t built to last. Put simple, Trae got tired of brokers wasting peoples hard-earned time and not taking the financial future of everyday Aussies seriously. Enough was enough, tired of money driven and one off transnational based mortgage brokers, Highline Lending was created to set a premium standard in the mortgage space. We understand true success in business loans and home loans with continual education, utilizing the latest technology and the ability to put ourselves in our client’s shoes for each loan, ensuring our actions are directly aligned with the most suitable client outcome possible.
