HighMark's mission is to create and steward high-return, safe, passive income streams for its investors, to free them to spend more time on their most meaningful life activities and goals. Robert Church leads the HighMark team in this mission, having spent a career stewarding others' businesses and finances, freeing them to enjoy life's more satisfying choices. HighMark Equity Partners LLC invests in income-producing commercial real estate. Its current focus is value-add properties in high traffic, high population-density areas and/or those near new residential development. Properties with upside potential are sought and purchased mainly to be held and operated, then later resold for a gain. All buy, hold and sell decisions made by HighMark are based upon an extremely-detailed financial analyses which employ dozens of key financial measures and external data, and is characterized by discipline and void of emotion. HighMark's investments produce four types of returns for its estate investors: 1. Cash Flow -(monthly cash distributions of profit are ACH'd to each investor) 2. Tax Shelter -(a portion of each investor’s income is not subject to taxes) 3. Loan Amortization -(growth in each investor’s equity occurs as the mortgage is paid off) 4.
