We look beyond the obvious and frequently find carrier overcharges and opportunities to reduce/mitigate demurrage. Our newest model, REIDI™ (Regional Economic/Industrial Development Initiative), was developed to address capacity issues due to the shortage of truck drivers. Projects include mode conversion strategies, network design, and economic development projects based on integrated logistics.
