We have unique hotels, RV parks, glamping, marinas and historic hotel options in CA, HI, CO, ID, OR, and NH. Highway West is vertically integrated with management, construction, accounting and marketing teams built off a well-established commercial and multifamily management platform. We use proven operational strategies configured around the individual attributes of each resort to increase the value of our portfolio. Highway West realizes value creation through innovative marketing, branding, reputation management and revenue management techniques directed by a dedicated in-house team of professionals. With plans for aggressive future expansion, Highway West currently employs over 100 full time employees who operate a portfolio of 13 resorts accounting for over 1,400 accommodations.
