Hill88 conducts long-term engagements with two types of Companies: The first type are corporates that would like to increase their interaction with the Silicon Valley ecosystem. Services range from advanced scouting for innovative start-ups in a given technology target area, to helping established teams incorporate Silicon Valley's rapid innovation methods and networking culture into their process. The second type are technology startups. The key focus here involves helping the company scale to the next level - ranging from Seed to Series B. I provide a strategic view, anticipating and solving operational problems before they can become serious. I am not afraid to "roll up my sleeves" and pitch in. My engagement is flexible, ranging from providing advice for a few hours each week, to taking on interim operational roles. Current and past projects have included: business plan development, manufacturing strategy, strategic planning including quarterly/annual goal setting, technology evaluation & implementation, operational assessments, off-shoring analysis, business development, supply chain, forecasting, etc. Product areas have included automotive, consumer products, virtual reality, wearable devices, industrial, education, IPTV, and media/entertainment. Companies ranged in size from startups (LUMO BodyTech) to Fortune 50 (Cisco).
