Himitsu Lab Limited is a research lab focused on the foundations of Advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI). Since 2019, we have been conducting research on how intelligent systems can understand the world, reason under uncertainty, and act safely in real environments. We are proud to be handful of Advanced AI Research firms in the world doing deep research with team of AI Researchers. Our work contributes to Native AI Intelligence and supports the global scientific effort toward more general forms of machine intelligence. We conduct research in key areas such as Cognitive & Reasoning Models, Swarm Intelligence, Quantum Security, Physical AI, and our World Model+ architecture. Together, these research tracks help us understand how AI can perceive complex situations, make careful decisions, collaborate with other agents, and operate responsibly across digital and physical settings. Our research brings together cognitive modelling, advanced architecture, distributed intelligence, and long-horizon security. We study how intelligence can foster internal understanding, make clear decisions, and act at the right time - especially under uncertainty and real-world constraints. As AI increasingly moves into robots, drones, autonomous devices, and embodied systems, Physical AI has become a central part of our work. We aim to support intelligent systems that can navigate dynamic conditions, adapt safely, and work alongside people and infrastructure. Beginning in 2026, select research programs will evolve into enterprise grade platforms in three areas: Business AI for decision support and automation, Cybersecurity AI for predictive and autonomous defence, and Physical AI for intelligent real-world operations. These transitions are careful and research-led. We see ourselves as researchers first. Our role is to advance understanding, share responsible insights, and translate mature ideas into systems that strengthen intelligent, secure, and resilient organizations.
