Himss British Columbia Chapter

BCHIMSS is the premier not-for-profit organization for those involved with all aspects of managing health information within BC. Members are drawn from a wide variety of health organizations including health authorities, provincial agencies, provincial government, and the private sector. Our Society's members represent health information managers from around the province. Members contribute to the development, delivery, and promotion of information management solutions that enhance health services delivery and administration. A key focus of BCHIMSS is member education. The Society sponsors regular symposia and other educational events featuring nationally recognized speakers while highlighting local and provincial initiatives.
