We are a prominent law firm based in Falmouth. Our own ‘family tree’ stretches back into the 19th Century; an unbroken history of advising and acting for generations of families and businesses. We welcome most of our new clients following personal recommendation so you may well be reading this after hearing about our services. In many respects we are a traditional firm of solicitors, a symbol of continuity – and proud of the fact. However, as a progressive, forward-thinking firm, we are also constantly seeking to improve. Hine Downing was created when three long-established local practices agreed that, in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world, they should join forces to offer a broader range of services under one roof.
