Hippocrates Ai Assistant Project

Some cardiac conditions, such as Brugada Syndrome, are particularly insidious, as they may remain "hidden" even in seemingly normal electrocardiograms. This makes early and accurate diagnosis especially challenging and, at times, fatal. The Hippocrates AI Assistant leverages artificial intelligence and advanced image analysis algorithms to detect early and hidden signs of heart disease that often escape traditional diagnostic methods. Through in depth analysis of electrocardiographic (ECG) data, the system enhances diagnostic accuracy while reducing the risk of delayed or incorrect assessments. The idea was born out of a personal experience with the healthcare system, where a critical gap was identified in the decision making process regarding the implantation of a defibrillator a gap that leaves many individuals vulnerable to sudden cardiac death. Hippocrates AI Assistant aims to bridge that gap by providing physicians with a reliable decision support tool, and patients with a second chance at prevention. The project was officially initiated on July 28, 2024. It is currently under development, with continuous progress being made daily towards the achievement of our goals.
