Hippos invents, builds, and deploys the world’s first smart soft-exoskeletons to prevent physical injuries in humans. Our pilot product is a smart knee sleeve embedded with micro-airbags and powered by a proprietary biomechanical AI model that detects and prevents acute injuries — including ACL, MCL, meniscus tears, etc. When abnormal motion is detected, the system deploys an airbag in 50 milliseconds to correct movement — acting as a micro seatbelt for your knee. Knees are just the beginning. We’re expanding the same platform to protect the ankle, hip, and shoulder — with unified training models and proprietary soft-exoskeleton hardware.
