Hiregate was created for Recruiters, by Recruiters at People Science, a Recruitment Process Partnership and Talent Acquisition Consulting company. As an RPP partner that has operated in over 22 different types of Applicant Tracking systems, People Science continuously found themselves creating work arounds that augmented their client ATS – completing the HR technology cycle. As a result Hiregate became an easy to use, high functioning technology solution that can be used in conjunction to a company’s current systems or as a stand alone in candidate and recruiter management. Hiregate, by design, completes the Human Resource Technology Cycle. Based on corporate client demand as well as the demand within RPP, People Science has launched Hiregate as a stand alone product.
