Since 1989, Hispanic UMADAOP has existed to empower the Hispanic/Latinx community to reduce the negative impacts of HIV/AIDS, violence, and abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs through culturally sensitive, holistic prevention, education, intervention, treatment and re-entry programs. Hispanic UMADAOP is a strong, independent community resource in serving all people of the Greater Cleveland Hispanic/Latinx and other minority populations through various community collaborations aimed at empowering the population served with positive outcomes for individuals, families, and the community.
