I have been a chef for over twenty years, trained in the European styles, and I specialize in French and Italian cuisine. I have studied recipes and dishes from centuries ago, prepared by famous chefs such as Marie-Antoine Careme. Along with each gastronomic meal I prepare and serve, my guests get to experience a journey through time. Tasting the same dish that was served to nobles in France, czars and kings, or prepared from recognized head chefs of French chateaus creates an indescribable sensation.
