Histra Building Projects is an all-round trusted construction company based in Pretoria with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Histra takes on the project on a “ turnkey” basis, taking full responsibility. This means that the client can sit back and enjoy the experience while we take care of planning and executing the project as a whole. The Director, Chris Zietzsman has been in the building industry since 1990. He received his academic training in Construction Management while he was employed by Grinaker Building Company in the early 90’s. In addition to this, Chris qualified with a National Higher Diploma as a Construction Manager. He has been operating in the capacity of “Construction Manager”, “Contracts Manager” and “Project Manager” since then. Chris was exposed to large corporate construction companies as a young manager, and has more recently been running Histra Pty Ltd as the sole director of the company.
