HiTech Initiatives' mission is to work with small to medium size businesses to increase sales and profitability through a combination of strategic business development initiatives and operational changes using a highly focused results oriented process that has been successfull in several companies and industries. HTI's process consists of an assessment of the client's current business operations and performing an analysis that is designed to find their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). A focused strategy and plan is then created to align the team, operation, processes, assets & technology to meet the company objectives. The organization is refocused and restructured (if necessary) to align with the Plan that includes financial benchmarks and other metrics to monitor the success of the plan and execution. Results-based changes are then methodically implemented to make the company more efficient and competitive. Typically, internal systems are strengthened; employee productivity increases and controls are added to ensure continued success and improvement. The entire process and results enables the management team to recognize when the strategic direction must be modified to adjust for market or competitive changes.
