Hive Active is a training and recovery studio that helps our community thrive by offering specialised strength and conditioning training for adults and teens including CrossFit. We also provide remedial massage and recovery equipment to assist members achieve a healthy fit that’s right for each individual. Our talented team of coaches work across age groups and fitness levels from teens through to retirees; beginners through to athletes, to identify your fitness goals and help you reach them.
