Welcome to Helena Jackson Property Management (HJPM), an independent agency providing property management services to landlords in South West London. HJPM offers a unique pricing structure by charging landlords by the hour for our services. Unlike High Street agents, who charge the same flat fees irrespective of the complexity or quantity of work, we will only charge for the time taken to manage your property, after an initial retainer fee. This does not compromise our high standards of customer service, in which we take enormous pride. We are not a High Street agent. We are small and flexible, always putting our customers first. We focus on what we do best and work for a limited number of clients at any time.
