As a coach I am solutions-focussed, calm and reassuring, yet challenging. Optimistic for change, I can quickly build rapport with those I work with. Using a range of tools and exercises I assist my clients to gain a broader understanding and alternative perspectives of the challenges they face and to create a roadmap to their goals. I facilitate sessions for coachees to explore their options and focus on positive solutions and provide a safe space to consider any limiting beliefs that might be preventing them from reaching their potential. Together we consider their motivators and values (career anchors) in order to help them find their authentic self and a role to match that. There is much made of defining coaching as Career, Executive or Life coaching. I don’t believe these distinctions are important. I work with clients on any aspect of personal, family or working life, operating as a confidential sounding board and holding them to account, to help guide them on the path towards the solution or direction they chose to take. Where possible I like to meet coachees in the green spaces around London Borough of Richmond as I love nature and the de-stressing effect it has.
