Our planning consultants apply for planning permission or certificates of lawful use, conduct site appraisals, appeal enforcement action and make representations on local policy development. The consultancy first began working in the Town and Country Planning sector in the early 1970s under the guidance of Lionel Fynn. Over the years it remained as a department of the law firm that Lionel was a partner of, before becoming an independent planning consultancy. We still have strong links with the law firm Horsey Lightly Fynn, who boast a number of specialist planning lawyers who we can instruct if required, and to this day Lionel is retained as an expert consultant. We have a mix of experience of local authority and private sector, which gives us an advantage in being able to provide the best possible service to our clients. We have been described as ‘the dominant planning practice in Hampshire and Dorset‘, we deal with work throughout the country from our main office in Bournemouth and satellite office in Oxford.
