Herb has been building homes for over 30 years. He started building homes the old fashioned way: hands on. He initially was part of his crew each day and did sales and management after regular working hours. The business evolved into having several crews constructing all types of housing. These homes have ranged in style from ranches, colonials, and split levels to underground and log. The sizes have varied from 800 square feet to 7800 square feet. These homes have been primarily built all over Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, including Martha’s Vineyard. His construction experience has been in commercial/industrial and residential. Project sizes have been from small additions to retirement communities to corporate headquarters. His experience in a variety of construction projects, in management and on jobsites, helps all projects, large or small, to be completed in a timely fashion and within budget. MA Construction Supervisor License #18987 - Together with their strong construction background and expertise in customer service, Herb and Walter have directed and assisted their clients through the management, planning, design and construction of their new home.
