We act for solicitors facing SRA investigations and which require representations at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. We have particular expertise in bringing professional negligence claims against other professionals including solicitors, surveyors and architects. We deal with commercial disputes including contractual, partnership and construction related matters in the County and High Court.
