Headquartered in Redondo Beach, CA, HMC acquires and manages institutional pools of distressed debt purchased from financial institutions, banks, and U.S. government sponsored enterprises including HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Actively engaged in the non-performing loan market, HMC has established itself as one of the market leaders at evaluating, pricing and managing such inventory. We are a large acquirer of distressed debt, having purchased in excess of $1 billion of non-performing loans, primarily in the Western United States and Florida.
