Hmc Valuers - Opteon

Our Company was founded in 1973 by Peter Hann. Peter commenced his career with the Victorian Valuer Generals Office and then established his own Valuation practice servicing Victoria’s north and north eastern regions. David McKenzie (having also commenced his career at the Victorian Valuer Generals Office) became a partner of the firm in 1991, and the name was changed to Hann McKenzie & Co. Marcus Hann joined the firm in 1998 and the partnership in 2002. The business has been restructured in recent years and is now known as HMC Property Group comprising two main associated entities, HMC Valuers - Opteon and LG Valuation Services. HMC Valuers - Opteon perform all private client valuation tasks including mortgage, litigation, compulsory acquisition, estate, insurance, taxation, asset and general purpose valuations.
