HMH Architects Ltd are an award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice, now based in Stockton, working extensively across the North of England. We have built a reputation for providing a quality design-led service to all our clients. We can provide a full range of Architects services in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work, covering all aspects of Work Stages 1 – 7, from feasibility designs to handover of completed buildings. Together with our design experience, technical knowledge and integrated CAD design ability, our adoption of BIM protocols enables us to provide comprehensive, co-ordinated construction information, reducing risk, promoting build-ability and enabling realistic build costs to be obtained and maintained. We can tailor our services and can offer both BIM Level 1 and Level 2 compliant services. HMH Architects are dedicated to the design, detailing and delivery of quality buildings, providing a personal, partner-led service to all our clients, and are committed to developing close, creative, and collaborative relationships with all members of the project team. Commissions span all building sectors and include both new build and refurbishment. Many of our commissions are referrals and repeat appointments from our diverse portfolio of clients of many years standing. We specialise in general needs and affordable housing, as well as bespoke supported housing developments working closely with end-users, operators, carers, and families. Developments range from Extra Care housing schemes for the elderly and infirm to safe and secure environments for vulnerable adults, shelters, and refuges as well as homeless accommodation. We believe good architecture is underpinned by attention to detail. Our philosophy is driven by a strong technical understanding and an approach founded in design and detailing from an early stage.
