We specialise in giving full technical and practical business support to businesses post and/or pre transactions. We also have extensive experience providing technical accounting support to larger corporates, particularly where their auditors are precluded from offering that support through independence issues. More generally, as described by one of our clients, the team has a 'can-do' attitude looking for pragmatic solutions to issues but not afraid to give robust advice where appropriate. We are one of the few firms outside London to be PCAOB registered and have assisted a number of our clients prepare the documentation required to meet the rigorous requirements of the US and Canadian oversight bodies brought about by the Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
