It is difficult to understand why something so universal and seemingly basic as providing beneficial health and wellness is unexpectedly difficult and complex to achieve. At HMT, we are trying to answer the question "How can we improve patient care by affectively utilizing the 99% of the time they are out of the clinic?" By focusing on consumer focused health and wellness apps targeting chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, heart function, etc.), it is our hope to increase the standard of care and reduce the growing costs of our medical system.
