Michael’s passion for property started in 1995 when his Uncle and mentor hired a buying agent to help him purchase investment property abroad. Both his Uncle and his Father invested in the UK property market with great success, this sparked Michael’s interest in property. The buying agent found an exceptional property that turned out to be a great investment and Michael became interested in acting for the buyer. Michael founded Hoad Realty to assist people in buying property in London, having lived in London his whole life he has extensive knowledge of the London market. Michael makes it his business to understand his clients and their long and short-term requirements. He gets immense pleasure from helping them find their ideal London property. He brings a wealth of experience when it comes to helping clients develop their detailed briefs and is able to give expert advice when it comes to recommending London areas.
