Hoan Group

We are an independent, membership-based organization designed to connect dedicated leaders through unique experiences and a shared passion for moving our region forward. The result is a strong network of relationships built on trust, giving leaders across Wisconsin a safe space to meet, learn, and grow together. Change happens at the speed of trust. We’re accelerating this trust between Wisconsin’s economic and political hubs through hundreds of hugs, handshakes and happy hours. We prioritize diversity, chemistry and insist that all of our members are positive, passionate, professionally accomplished and civically engaged. While the Hoan Group has lived primarily in the shadows, our members have been spearheading initiatives that have contributed to Wisconsin’s growth since 2016. With active membership in Milwaukee and Madison and momentum building in Green Bay, the Hoan Group invites leaders who are ready to think and work in new, fresh ways to get involved. Learn more at
